During my posting in Raipur, Chhattisgarh from 2007 to 2011 I frequently used to visit Lord Jagannath Temple in the city every morning as it was it was near my residence. I also used to visit Raj Rajeshwari temple at Borian Kalan which was on the outskirt of the city atleast twice a month on trayodashi tithi of both Shukla Paksha and Krishna paksha to do rudrabhishek there. It was in this temple I came in contact with Brahmachari Sri Indubhawanand ji the main priest. He was a Sanskrit Professor but after taking Guru Diksha from Swami Swaroopanand ji Maharaj he resigned and was entrusted with the management of this temple and Veda Vidyalaya in the same campus. He was also an excellent astrologer and we used to discuss the subject. One day he asked me if I had taken Diksha I said no then he said when Swami ji visit I will inform you and request swami ji to give Daksha mantra to me. After two three months in February Swami ji visited Raipur and Indubhawanand ji asked me to come for Diksha. Next morning me and Biva went there had his darshan and got the guru mantra. We were truly blessed to get Diksha from such a revered and scholar Swami ji the Shankaracharya of Dwarika and Jyotish math.
Further in 2012 me and Biva visited Badrinath, Kedar Nath, Yamnotri and Gangotri and on return stayed in Rishikesh and Haridwar for two three days. There I informed Brahamchari Indubhavanand ji about our visit to four dhams which was our second visit to these places. He told me that after tirtha yatra one should seek blessings of Mantra guru and told me that Swami ji was in Haridwar itself at that time. That day itself we visited his Haridwar Ashram and spent two hours with him. He was very critical of Tehri dam project as it was destroying the ecology of the region.
In 2014 Swami ji was in Patna on the invitation of Sri Kishore Kunal for foundation laying of a temple built by Mahavir Sansthan near Sitamarhi. His one of the decuple swami Ramanand ji who was accompanying Swami ji called me to come and seek his blessings. I was truly delighted and met him. Swami ji asked me to come to the airport next morning to see him off. Next day I spent some time with him at the airport VIP lounge.
During my Kolkata posting he stayed there for chaturmas for many days and I was a regular visitor there, in 2o19 again he visited Kolkata and I was blessed to have his darshan along with Biva and my youngest daughter Shambhavi.
In 2022 September 11 he took Samadhi. But he is always there with us and in our prayers.
