In one of my post I had discussed about astrology and vastu particularly astrovastu. In astrovastu we see makan kunli from horoscope as given in lal kitab. From there we see if anything inimical to a particular direction of the house is causing some obstructions in the fructification of astrological promise indicated by the birth chart. Astrology and vastu are complimentary to each other. Here is an example.
My class mate during M.Sc. Saptami Moitra referred to me one of her friend Ms Sarad Banerjee a teacher in a school. Two days ago she called me and wanted to know about rise in her career. Her previous attempts to get a job in Government school and college had failed. She went to even court but the matter was pending. She wanted if in the present DAV school in Dhanbad she can be promoted as vice Principal as that post was at the moment was vacant.
She had Virgo lagna and lagna lord mercury was excellently placed in second house with its lord Venus which is also bhagya lord promising an elevated position. Lagna was occupied by Jupiter Sun and Saturn. Jupiter with sun indicates institution builders and with Saturn the karma karak as per Bhrigu Nandi Nadi sutra it clearly indicated that either she will own an institute /school or head an institute of repute. I asked her if she wants to open her own school she affirmed that she has two acres of land and thinks of opening a school. I said it will happen but at the moment since she is running mahadasa of Saturn which is with guru the teacher and with Sun that is authoritative position so she will get elevated position. She said I am frustrated as all my efforts in past few years in this direction has failed. I said antardasa is of Venus the bhagya lord and income house lord since August 2022 so it should have come. Even gochar Saturn is indicating success in competition and now since may Jupiter in bhagyasthan is indicating elevation. Pratyantar of Saturn is repeating the promise. So what was causing the delay.
So I resorted to see the makan kundi if any wrong placement of certain artefacts in house is creating obstructions. Saturn immediately caught my attention. I asked her if there is a shoe rack in the east of the house? She said yes my flat is east facing and adjacent to the entry gate of the flat is the shoe rack. I asked her to remove that as that is the factor for delay. Day before yesterday morning she removed the shoes rack and by evening she got an offer of not as Vice Principal but of the Principal of DAV not in Dhanbad but in New Delhi. So within 24 hours of my prediction and 12 hours of removing the shoe rack she got the offer. She called me to thank me for such prediction and was ecstatic and so was I
This clearly shows that astrology and vastu are complimentary to each other.

जन्म कुंडली और एस्ट्रोवास्तु सिद्धांतों का उपयोग कर भविष्यवाणी का तुरंत फलीभूत होना
अपने एक पोस्ट में, मैंने ज्योतिष और वास्तु, विशेष रूप से एस्ट्रोवास्तु, के बारे में चर्चा की थी। एस्ट्रोवास्तु में हम लाल किताब के अनुसार जन्म कुंडली के आधार पर मकान कुंडली देखते हैं। इससे हम यह समझते हैं कि घर के किसी विशेष दिशा में कोई प्रतिकूल तत्व क्या उस दिशा से संबंधित बाधाओं को जन्म कुंडली में दिए गए संभावित योग के फलीभूत होने में रुकावट डाल रहा है। ज्योतिष और वास्तु एक-दूसरे के पूरक हैं। यहां इसका एक उदाहरण प्रस्तुत है।
मेरी एम.एससी. की सहपाठी सप्तमी मित्रा ने अपनी एक मित्र सुश्री शारदा बनर्जी का संदर्भ दिया, जो स्कूल की शिक्षिका हैं। दो दिन पहले उन्होंने मुझे फोन किया और अपने करियर में उन्नति के बारे में जानना चाहा। उनके पिछले प्रयास, सरकारी स्कूल और कॉलेज में नौकरी पाने के लिए, विफल रहे थे। उन्होंने अदालत का सहारा भी लिया था, लेकिन मामला लंबित था। उन्होंने जानना चाहा कि क्या वर्तमान में धनबाद के डीएवी स्कूल में वह उप-प्रधानाचार्य (वाइस प्रिंसिपल) के पद के लिए प्रमोशन पा सकती हैं, क्योंकि वह पद फिलहाल खाली था।
उनकी कुंडली कन्या लग्न की थी और लग्नेश बुध, द्वितीय भाव में उसके स्वामी शुक्र के साथ उत्तम स्थिति में था। शुक्र भाग्य का भी स्वामी है, जो एक उच्च पद का योग बना रहा था। लग्न में गुरु, सूर्य और शनि स्थित थे। गुरु और सूर्य का योग संस्थान निर्माता का संकेत देता है और शनि के साथ यह कर्म का कारक बनता है, जैसा कि बृगु नंदी नाड़ी सूत्र में कहा गया है। यह स्पष्ट रूप से इंगित करता है कि वह या तो अपना खुद का स्कूल/संस्थान शुरू करेंगी या किसी प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान की प्रमुख बनेंगी।
मैंने उनसे पूछा कि क्या वह अपना स्कूल खोलना चाहती हैं। उन्होंने पुष्टि की कि उनके पास दो एकड़ जमीन है और वह इस दिशा में सोच रही हैं। मैंने कहा, “यह होगा, लेकिन फिलहाल, क्योंकि आप शनि की महादशा में हैं, जो गुरु (शिक्षक) और सूर्य (प्राधिकारी पद) के साथ है, तो आपको उन्नति का योग बन रहा है।” उन्होंने कहा, “मैं पिछले कुछ वर्षों में इस दिशा में प्रयास करके निराश हो चुकी हूं।” मैंने उन्हें बताया कि अगस्त 2022 से शुक्र की अंतर्दशा चल रही है, जो भाग्य और आय भाव का स्वामी है, इसलिए यह पहले हो जाना चाहिए था। गोचर शनि भी प्रतिस्पर्धा में सफलता का संकेत दे रहा है और मई से गोचर गुरु भाग्य स्थान में उन्नति का योग बना रहा है। शनि का प्रत्यंतर दशा भी इसी वादे को दोहरा रहा है। फिर भी देरी क्यों हो रही थी?
इसलिए मैंने मकान कुंडली देखी कि क्या घर में किसी चीज़ की गलत स्थिति बाधाएं पैदा कर रही है। शनि ने तुरंत मेरा ध्यान आकर्षित किया। मैंने उनसे पूछा, “क्या आपके घर के पूर्वी भाग में जूते रखने का रैक है?” उन्होंने कहा, “हां, मेरा फ्लैट पूर्वमुखी है और फ्लैट के प्रवेश द्वार के पास जूते रखने का रैक रखा हुआ है।” मैंने उन्हें उसे हटाने के लिए कहा, क्योंकि वही देरी का कारण बन रहा था।
परसों सुबह उन्होंने जूते का रैक हटा दिया और शाम तक उन्हें डीएवी स्कूल में न केवल उप-प्रधानाचार्य बल्कि प्रधानाचार्य (प्रिंसिपल) बनने का प्रस्ताव मिला, वह भी धनबाद में नहीं बल्कि नई दिल्ली में। इस प्रकार मेरी भविष्यवाणी के 24 घंटों के भीतर और जूते का रैक हटाने के 12 घंटों के भीतर ही उन्हें प्रस्ताव मिल गया।
उन्होंने मुझे धन्यवाद दिया और उत्साहित थीं, और मैं भी बहुत प्रसन्न हुआ।
यह स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाता है कि ज्योतिष और वास्तु एक-दूसरे के पूरक हैं।
